Have You Heard?

Unless there was an injury affecting their vision, children assume they see the same way everyone else sees and they have no reason to think otherwise. They often have a hard time articulating their symptoms until they have it tested and a developmental optometrist verifies what they’re seeing. Which can be rattling to some parents.

Our school-aged patients have the most unique ways to describe symptoms. We’ve compiled a list of these descriptions as a reference for you, we recommend asking your child if they’ve experienced any of these!
